The Lord has done significant work in growing me through my decades of management experience and opening up my heart to Sheppard. It's my honor to take the experiences I have gained in management and oversees missions into leading from the second chair.

1 Year as an Executive Pastor.
Nine years of diverse ministry experience in local churches and international missions.
Gifted in leadership, administration, shepherding, and communication teaching and preaching.
Passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and equipping others to present the gospel.
Knowledgeable in the full range of church operations.
Strong in strategic planning, organizational development, staff oversight, training, equipping, discipleship, and care.
A 25-year career serving in a range of executive and management roles.
Twenty years of experience preparing, implementing, and overseeing annual budgets of up to $35,000,000.
Analytical thinker, problem solver.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Relationship builder.
Leader/participant in international and domestic short-term mission
Currently living in Wyoming Michigan (a suburb of Grand Rapids).
